Dwight Munk

Chairman

Dwight is Chief Information Officer for the Zachry Group of Companies, a large-scale construction and engineering services firm. He has held several positions within the Zachry organization and prior to that was with Harvard Investment Group, an investment bank. Dwight has over 30 years of diverse executive, sales, acquisitions, operations and engineering experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science degree from the California Institute of Technology. Dwight and his wife, Leigh, are members of Concordia Lutheran Church in San Antonio.

Duane Dube

Vice Chairman

Duane is Chief Operating Officer and Director of Administration for Covenant Presbyterian Church and Foundation in Austin. Previously, he served several years as Business Administrator of Austin’s Redeemer Lutheran Church and School. Duane received a BBA in finance and accounting from Texas State University and an MBA from St. Edward’s University. He, his wife Traci, and their son Matthew, are long-time members of Redeemer.

Jerry M. Kolander, Jr.

Secretary

Jerry is managing partner of McKleskey Harriger Brazill & Graf LLP, a law firm located in Lubbock. He received BA and JD degrees from Texas Tech University and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. His areas of practice include real estate, family law, estate planning, banking, and finance. Jerry and his wife, Gail, are members of Hope Lutheran Church.

Glenn R. Hurta

Treasurer

Glenn is retired from Imperial Woodworks, Inc. of Waco as its Executive Vice President and Treasurer. He received a BBA in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University and pursued post-graduate studies at Baylor University. Glenn and his wife, Janet, are members of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waco. He has served in numerous leadership roles for his congregation and the Texas District – LCMS.

L. Scott Biar

Scott is an experienced financial professional who has over twenty years in senior accounting and finance roles with private equity and publicly-traded oilfield services enterprises. He earned his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a CPA license holder. Scott and his family are members of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Houston.

Fred Karle

Fred is retired from agribusiness sales and remains actively involved in citrus farming. He and his wife, Karen, reside in McAllen where they are members of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Melissa L. Knippa, ChFC®, CLU®, RICP®

Since 1994 Melissa has been a Wealth Advisor with Thrivent Financial, operating offices in Austin and Midland. She received BA and MA degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a number of financial services licenses. She served separate appointments to the boards of Concordia University Texas and Concordia University System, and served on the board of the Austin Independent School District for eight years. She and her husband, Bill, are members of Bethany Lutheran Church where Bill serves as senior pastor.

Rev. Dr. Victor Kollmann

Dr. Kollmann is senior pastor of Messiah Lutheran Church in Plano. Dr. Kollmann graduated in 1981 from Concordia Seminary – St. Louis and later earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Seminary.

Pixie Linebrink

Pixie is an educator and former family business owner. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Concordia University Chicago and devoted herself to a teaching career in Lutheran schools. Since retiring from the classroom, she directs the choirs of her church’s school on a part-time basis. Pixie and her husband, Mike, are members of Zion Lutheran Church in Walburg. They have three grown children and seven grandchildren.
